These Terms govern your relationship with ProvenDeals as a sourcer submitting opportunities to our platform. By applying or submitting a deal, you agree to these Terms.
ProvenDeals:
Verifies deals submitted by sourcers
Shares opportunities with investors
Handles investor reservations
Introduces investors to sourcers post-reservation
May hold the sourcing fee until transaction milestones
We do not guarantee deal acceptance or investor action.
Sourcers must:
Provide accurate, truthful deal information
Avoid inflated valuations or unrealistic numbers
Respond promptly to verification requests
Operate within UK sourcing compliance rules
Engage professionally with investors and agents
Submit only deals they are authorised to present
Sourcers must NOT:
Contact investors before ProvenDeals’ introduction
Attempt to receive payment outside the ProvenDeals process
Platform Fee Deduction
ProvenDeals collects its platform fee from the sourcing fee that the investor pays.
Sourcers agree that:
They will not request or collect fees directly from investors
Any bypass attempt results in immediate termination
No payment is guaranteed unless agreed milestone is met
